CGP Grey takes seemingly dry subjects (e.g. the difference between London and the City of London) and produces YouTube videos which are both informative and surprisingly funny. Brady Haran runs a number of popular YouTube channels including Numberphile. Together they do a podcast called Hello Internet where they discuss topics including Apple products, plane crashes and their lives as minor YouTube celebrities. It's much more entertaining than that makes it sound, largely due to the interplay of their personalities. Anyway, in a recent episode they discussed the UK general election, and the pluses and minuses of the current voting system. Spoiler alert - it's mainly minuses, but it's good to hear someone playing devil's advocate for the current First Past the Post system. FPTP needs to die, and those of us fighting for its demise need to familiarise ourselves with the arguments which will be wheeled out in its favour.

The discussion on voting systems starts at 1h 37m 30s, although discussion of the election in general starts at 1h 16m 24s, including the startling revelation that CGP Grey, a highly intelligent and educated individual known for his excellent videos on voting systems, had no idea the general election was happening until two weeks before the event. (He never reads, watches or listens to the news - one of his many idiosyncrasies)
